Pharmacy:

 It is derived from word "pharmakon"  which means Remedy . It is a branch of science that deals with the discovery ,production, disposal and uses of drug for having a pharmaceutical action on body.😊😊

Types of pharmacy :

1) Community pharmacy - The most traditional and common form of pharmacy in which pharmacist provides advice and respective drugs to the community who are needy.

2) Hospital pharmacy - In this there is a collaboration between pharmacist and other medical or health professionals for providing the best drugs to patients.

3) Clinical pharmacy - This type of pharmacy involves provision of patients case with use of medication to optimize health outcomes of patients.

4) Industrial pharmacy - This type of pharmacy involves the manufacturing ,development , marketing & distribution of drugs products including quality assurance of these activities .

5) Compounding Pharmacy - It is the   most traditional type of pharmacy for making drugs prescribed by doctors for patients with need that can't meet by commercial available drugs .

6) Consulting pharmacy - This types pharmacy is providing services for developing ,coordinating & supervising pharmaceutical services in a hospital ,medical institution etc .

7) Ambulatory care pharmacy -  In this type of pharmacy services are provided which address the provision of integrated ,accessible health care .

8) Regulatory pharmacy - This type of pharmacy involves in all stages of development & marketing of drugs .  Also responsible for obtaining authorization of medicines , registration ,marketing etc.
